I bet you can sue if he didn't fulfil the donation rewards.

I'm not sure if Indiegogo enforces promises like kickstarter does. There've been a fair amount of scams that have gone through that site since you keep the money even if you don't reach the goal.

Maybe he'll deliver when the film is finally finished.

The post production update was the first one since they started filming. His girlfriend (if she still is his gf) hasn't mentioned it either. Strange.

He told me that they were intending to send out gifts in August last year, but since production ran behind schedule his shipment to Boc would be delayed (not sure how long).

He did tell me that Boc would definitely get his gift though, which is why I told Boc that it is possible that the gift could be late. But sometimes I never know up and down with Mercuzo so it's possible he never managed to get the thing done and instead of telling me this when I asked him about it, he told me it would be late or explain it away somehow.

If you all send me $50 I will do a milkbowl within 24 hours.

wut? What makes you say that? It doesn't show up on imdb/google anywhere

And technically the deal didn't fall under the threshold (I think it was originally $90 or something for them to film something but he cut it to $40 for me) so I wouldn't really have any grounds, plus it's not nearly worth it for that amount of money. I'll feel kinda bad if he does actually end up delivering, but it's been like 7 months and the only contact has been his vague replies to Herm so...not holding my breath (:
