After losing their Governor, the Pirates fixated on spin for the remainder of their time. The weather turned against them as it started to pour incessantly. Struggling to keep their gunpowder dry and their course straight, the Pirates crawled through the storm. As they were getting ready to send spin overboard, spin found a second wind and was able to escape their clutches.

But the Pirates were not done yet. They turned their attention to Calypso, breathing in the fumes of the burned pieces of eight. Her transformation had just begun as she yelled out the words

"The last thing the Brethren court will know in this world is how cruel I can be"

She grew in size till she was as large as the mast. And then without warning she disintegrated into a million crabs. Overrunning the pirates and joining the sea where she belonged. Enraged by the alleged death of it's goddess, the sea opened up a monstrous maelstrom and sucked into it two unsuspecting victims ...
