Richard Spencer and the extreme alt right (alt right has it's own spectrum apparently) are the only people I think it would be accurate to describe as Nazis. Not that it will do them any harm, since Nazi comparisons are thrown around so wantonly these days! Pewdiepie and Jontron are nazis now too, did u guys hear? I guess you could make the case that Trump should fire Spicer for being a dumb idiot. But I'd kind of miss him! He is funny, and he has a shitty job. He has to go out in front of the press every week and spin Trumps actions into good news.

Wikey- Do you also feel the anti-United Airlines stuff is all "manufactured outrage"? I'm just curious where you draw the line. As I noted previously, Spicer's comments are in poor taste in the LEAST and could be an attempt to normalize such talk.

History has shown that you don't appease those who call for genocide. I feel the same about radical Muslim extremists, black nationalists, etc. Anyone who wants to wipe out someone else just because of the "race" they are born should be given no quarter. It's even better when, like Richard Spencer, you can make them the laughing stock of the world.

No I don't think the United stuff is manufactured outrage. Assaulting passengers for the airlines mistakes is an injustice, and United thoroughly deserve all the hate they are getting right now.

I guess I draw the line at physical violence, and as far as words are concerned, incitement to violence. I don't think Spicer was being malicious with what he was saying. If he had come out and said "Hitler did nothing wrong" then maybe I'd get why he is getting slammed so hard right now.

I agree with Herm, he bumbles through most of his conferences and he seems nervous as fuck all the time. He said something dumb and he has since apologized for it. Fair enough imo
