You tuned into my only periscope from the baseball game back in April. How quickly you forget.

So I had a huge muscle cramp in my calf this morning. It sent me into the fetal position, crying because it was so bad. I can barely walk on it because its sore or still cramped or something. My mom gave me a muscle relaxer and some pain meds, and now I'm really drowsy.

The best thing you can do with a cramp in your calf is standing up if I remember correctly.

I've walked around the house a little after the meds kicked in. It feels really sore, but I'm slowly applying more pressure to it.

How did you stumble on that? Do you just randomly pour shampoo or conditioner in a toilet and magically hope it works?

Our toilet was having problems one night and none of us had bought a plunger, so Google came to our aid and I used my shampoo to see if it'd work because I wanted to get rid of the shampoo.
