They look really good. I'm guessing I'll need to track down a recipe and make them if I want to try them though.

There are a few recipes out there, of which the most complicated part is preparing the tortilla dough in the first place. They make it look complicated by cooking the meat or refried beans from scratch, but you can just grab canned beans and the like.

Thanks! I'll give it a try, maybe this weekend. I wonder if they could be cooked the grill?

Not sure how well they will grill, since it is a softer dough that may not hold together.

I'd use a grill pan, not right on the rack.

Grill pan should work and you'll get some fun char lines
