I was at the dentist. haven't been there in 5, 6 or 7 years...something like that. anyhow I was always cool with my teeth and they were cool with me...but like a year ago or so I was chewing that one candy peice and it kinda split my backtooth/grinder into half...a good chunk of it just fell out. no blood or nothing. no pain really. so I just moved on...over time though the hole grew bigger and long story short, the tooth is in some sort of purgatory, and the dentist thinks we have a chance of bringing him back to life, thus he removed the nerve from its roots today and made way for a healing process.
I wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for the last night/this morning where I was in pain for like 5 hours while that left side of my mouth was hurting/pounding every damn second. holy shit that was intense. my girlfriend gave me a painkiller but that didn't really come through....I was lying on the balcony at degrees below 0 just to feel some other pain...I feel asleep after 5 or 6 hours in total of pure pain. it was okay when I woke up but still there, so I saw the dentist today and now I'm getting this shit sorted out. finally I guess.

It's been a while since I've been to the dentist also. I wish I could go to get my wisdom teeth removed, but with no insurance, it's probably gonna be more than I can afford. Hope you're feeling better though, Henry!
