I am still baffled at how the Panthers handled this Steve Smith situation. Not only have they lost him, they lost Ginn to the Cardinals, LaFell is meh, and a free agent and the guy they are interested in (Nicks) is looking at Colts as well. They are going to walk into the season with like 0 receivers.
Not to mention they let Munnerlyn and Mitchell sign elsewhere and while their secondary wasn't considered the best, I think they were pretty damn important. I don't like this offseason for them as of yet. | |

I just believe there are a few more veteran/well known players signing this year. But since I've watched there are usually a few signings. Like last year the biggest FA was Mike Wallace who I don't even really like or think was that big of a name. | | |

The only one of that group that I've even heard of is steve smith and the only reason is because he was a superstar like 10 years ago. Their defense went downhill when lewis and reed left and the fact that they spent so much money of Flacco last year just goes to show how mediocre this team is going to be over the next 5ish years. | | |
