Anybody who tries to confirm their alignment, one way or another, by referencing character information in a game where revealing your character is against the rules, deserves to be lynched/killed every single time.

If you know the theme it's pretty hard to ignore character stuff in a game presented as all Spider-Men vs. all villains when some role names and actions heavily indicated the character, like Vern's.

I think having so many anti-heroes really helped in this one because it kind of blurred the lines between who was actually a villain and who wasn't. But the Spiders were kind of SOL! It would have been fun to let them have some fake claims that matched villains as well, just to eliminate that problem.

It blurred the line so much that I wasn't even totally sure I couldn't win with town until like Day 3 when I asked.

To be fair. It’s mittens own fault I asked that. It was payback for this:

“ Farlig do you have anything useful from 5 (well actually 4) nights of your action?”

After how bad I was in this game, mafia just might not be my thing.

Shadow, you really prolonged to day 10 just to get lynched lol it made no sense to me you couldn't win at night somehow. Though I guess it wouldn't have been a stretch to see Josh and Jackie vote for each other. Day 10 did get to 4 pages.
