No, but it says he can kill on Even Nights, assuming someone agrees to buying meds. And it seems that Mafia and Nav targeted Brian? And it may seem that since Nav has the possibility that he can "Vig" on Even Nights, Tony can only attack on Odd nights? That would be my guess.

We don't know we have a doctor and if we do why would they protect vern? Also, curtis was a cop. Vern is also basically a cop but 3rd party?

Vern, what happens when you find them, you leave the game? Are told you found them but get to keep playing? If that is the case, you could literally help decide who wins simply because you'd know who scum are.
