I probably shouldn't have been allowed to vote for Disaster Artist since I've still not seen the Room.

I haven't seen it either. Double feature on rabbit?

You'll never greet Mark the same.

If Boyz doesn't win March should be hood recognition month.

Boyz, Menace II Society, Juice, Friday, Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking your Juice in the Hood, Do the Right Thing, Tales from the Hood, Leprechaun in the Hood...

There's six I can think of.

Edit: Eight. Apparently I can't count.

I just realized "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking your Juice in the Hood" is just all the names of the more known "hood" films of the time combined.
23 years late.

What do you have against Boyz N The Hood JJ

Is it the title

I've seen it - I didn't like it. I won't ever watch it again.

Can't you still participate in the other stuff, the reviews, etc if you've already seen it?

Not sure Boyz n the Hood would be a better Rabbit watch than a movie you've seen, seems too serious by the trailer.

I’d even watch terrible Sharknado over a movie I’ve already seen tbh.
It’ll take a lot for me to wanna Rabbit a rewatch but I’ll do it if that’s what we choose...probably!

I've seen a lot of these - Love, Simon was pretty good just saying. I voted for The Disaster Artist and definitely not for Boyz n the Hood. lol'd @ From Here to Eternity

I thought this group was about expanding your horizons and trying things you wouldn’t normally watch.

But this group just continues to pick things that are in their wheel house, or even things they HAVE ALREADY SEEN. I don’t quite see the point.

JJ. Maybe you and I should start our own sub category FE watches.

I voted for

25th Hour
The Disaster Artist
From Here To Eternity
Ana y Bruno
Captain Fantastic

I’ve either seen the others or they didn’t look like anything I could stick out.

inaccurate!

The range of movies we've watched varies wildly and is always totally based on the taste of who picked it. We've all watched things we absolutely never would've watched otherwise. And we've done a great job of avoiding movies that most people have seen. We tend to always go with the movie that no one has seen

I mean, I think part of the fun is each person picking a movie that they feel like represents their taste so when it's their turn to pick (in the old format) we're all kinda forced to watch a movie up that person's alley and expand our own horizons a lil bit. These group picks are wildly all over the place because people are picking things in their wheelhouse. It's not a bad thing

Personally I've never nominated a movie that I've seen and most people don't. Some do just because they wanna share that pick with everyone else which is fine. I prefer all of us trying to watch a new movie but whatev
