Alex actually nullified a couple. He was proactive on all but one night. Before he stopped submitting, he had primes set on Kiwi and Ari I believe.

I just figured there might be more than one. You never know.

I also didn't want to draw too much positive attention to myself so mafia wouldnt nightkill me. I figured I could handle day suspicion but I didn't expect to be lynched by the cool hand ari train.

lol no, you did nothing. You unlynched nearly every single mafia member. You piggybacked off of anyone's theories and lynched whoever they were talking about in case they were right. As if you thought that Wikey was scum before I brought him up. Then you unlynched him and lynched Dylan because...Dylan was defending you..which let Wikey live. You were a worse townie than LSF. On the subject of Rob. It was a bad move because it relied on too many variables. I don't think anyone was entertaining the thought that he was our secret buddy at that point. I guess he had to act quickly to avoid exactly what ended up happening. We would have probably targeted him eventually. The point at which we should have realized he was our buddy (me especially) was when Mal flipped. That oversight was even worse than forgetting how bus drivers work, because Rob would have been a target the next day and caused some damage. This is why I hate been scum...too much to think about, leaving it easy to forget really important shit.

If it had actually worked, it would have been brilliant. I did actually have a backup plan for when the real cop showed, which was to claim that I was a junior detective and only had a limited number of scans. It probably wouldn't have worked, but I knew enough to be able to conclusively say that player X was scum and player X was town, and could have produced valid results as needed. I was also purposely guarded against ever expressly saying that I was a cop, so that I could point back and challenge everybody to read my posts and prove me wrong.

I was also sending out subtle signals to the mafia the whole time, such as lynching Greenday on day one, which I also did when I was in his mafia in the Christmas game (a fact I alluded to once or twice), and mentioning how it was often a really good idea to keep outed players alive for a while longer, because it would help the mafia stay hidden.

Admittedly, the only reason I even decided to go for the gambit was because the way I read the flavour text implied that if I were targeted for death, I would simply kill whoever attacked me and keep right on living, so I figured that even if I was nightkilled, it wouldn't matter, because another mafia would be added to the corpse pile and I'd look even more innocent. If that hadn't been the case, I would have done things much differently.

PS... Vernon... the mafia killed themselves, TWICE. You had nothing to do with that.

Also. The Curtis/Rose fight on day three. That was priceless, and probably my favorite moment of any mafia game ever, because they were both innocent, and just ripping each other to shreds.
