Holy moly. Well that set the tone of the season (:
The Underwoods are such great characters. Claire's "I'll let your child wither and die in your womb" line was so very cold. Didn't think it could get much worse than that until...Frank! I actually had a brief thought yesterday that maybe they'd kill her off in the premier tbh. Not sure why. I figured the season would either be a cat and mouse game of that trio trying to bring Frank down, or it would be swept under the rug by Frank very quickly. I was still shocked when it happened. It was so sudden
Really good premier. Tied things up and introduced new stuff going forward. I have a feeling Frank is already planning on using and abusing this new WHIP girl. Or just prepping her to be ruthless |

holy lol at the senate meeting. Looks like they did their homework. I enjoyed the scene with whip girl smoking a cigarette. Very telling.
I also think that Christina is digging her own dirt and is playing a long-con. Well see. |

Although if the other two reporters end up being the ones that chase Frank (looks like they will) then it's not much better. They're not as annoying but they're just BLAND
