They don't even show CHOICE information anymore! Definitely can tell things are already shutting down there. All I got at the end of the episode was the character states: Spoiler + Mitch DEAD You allowed Louis to be kidnapped You left Violet feeling vengeful You left James feeling trusted You left Lilly feeling unsettled You left AJ feeling repentant Abel captured You left Ruby feeling grateful You left Tenn feeling despondent Rosie was loyal Willy was annoyed Omar and Aasim were kidnapped 2/3 collectibles but anyway LILLY IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I knew it'd be her as soon as they made a point to not show her face. They seemed to be going for a fake-out with James being someone we knew too but I'm glad they didn't. As much as I'd love to see someone like Christa again, one meet-up is enough really without making the world feel too small (plus there was the whole Kenny thing in S2 ofc) But ya I was pumped to see her again. I vry much followed in (my) Lee's footsteps here and gave Lilly a million more chances, all of which she predictably fucked me over on except for the very end where she refused to kill me. I'm glad deep down she still has a small soft spot for her old "family" :-) Also, ended up forming a relationship with/kissing Violet. I said it after the first ep but I'm really glad they made it an option to go with her over Louis/Aasim, it just feels more right for Clem. The scene between them on the clock tower was p beautiful/heartwarming. And it was made all the better cuz I wasn't sure if I fucked it up at the Truth or Dare game when I refused to answer if I had feelings for anyone in the circle. It didn't feel like the right time character-wise but then I started wondering whether that'd just shut Clem out of relationships entirely in the near-future, glad that wasn't the case. I'm kinda curious to see the Louis version of that now p sure James ends up betraying us somehow (if they ever do finish the season) I really wish there was choice information specifically to know how many people supported AJ's decision, cuz to my SURPRISE there was a ton of choices for that this episode. You could even SPIT on Marlon's grave right in front of Rosie wtf. There wasn't an ounce of me that felt like Marlon should've died, it was pretty clear he was just confused and scared and repentant at the end. So I pretty much lectured AJ on that all episode long

Man I can't remember a time where I didn't play a TWD Telltale episode the day it was released. But the idea that this could possibly be it and there not be a finish leaves me so bummed to even pick it up again :(

without spoiling anything, if this is the end it's not the worst way it could've gone out. Obviously it's not a true conclusion, but I wouldn't hate having this as the ending (as in, definitely a better place to end off on than S4E1). Helps that it was a strong episode too

Louis felt guilt-ridden. I'll be honest, I went all out on the love angle here and I'M NOT EVEN SURE WHY! I was totally against it Episode 1. I guess this POSSIBLY being the last episode made me just go for it. Anyway my feelings for Louis made him feel like shit for kicking me out and being mad about Marlon so he's sad. Ruby felt grateful. I helped bury the nurse, even though I was a dick about it when we first stumbled upon her. Violet is kidnapped. I feel... absolutely shitty for letting that happen. HOPEFULLY she will be fine. I feel like Louis will die there. My relationship with Violet was good from Episode 1 so I kinda ignored her this episode to build up my relationship with Louis. Guess it affected things as everything on her character stats was negative. And then I let her get kidnapped (: AJ is repentant. I did agree with Louis in the fact that AJ murdered Marlon and when I said that to him, I was hoping there would be an opportunity for Clem to talk about how Lee murdered a man who was bad but not a monster and how Lee was still a very good man. I was disappointed there wasn't. Lily is unconvinced. I remembered her and accepted her help to stand but I wasn't trusting of her beyond that. FUCK LILY! This being the last season, I was super excited at the prospect of returning characters who have unknown statuses such as Christa, Molly and even MIKE! (I forgive you, man ;___;). I had a feeling Lily would be back just based off the start of the game asking if we abandoned her or not, but I was least excited about her than anyone else tbqh. I guess her being the main antagonist in the final season kind of brings it full circle, but still. Tenn is despondent. Ok. James felt trusted. What a random character lol. Mitch died. Good. Omar and Aasim were kidnapped. Willie is annoyed cause I didn't like his stupid log trap. Rosie is loyal. NO CHOICES! What gives!!!! I was at least hoping to be able to SHARE what I did without needing the stats of what everyone else did. I don't even remember the major choices. This is very sad. The card games continue being my favorite scene this season. I made Aasim kiss a zombie head. And I fucked Ruby. I lol'd so much at their reaction over me killing James in FMK.

some good news?? idk. It sounds like they had a lot of stuff done for the last two episodes so it wouldn't take too much for a new publisher to push it over the edge at least

I'm HOPING the only reason it's taken this long to hear any further news directly from Telltale is cuz it's such an unorthodox deal and probably is gonna take a while to write up the contract if they have found an interested company (but idk I'm no lawyer (: ). I feel like otherwise they would've just came out and said "yeah it's not happening" at this point

The only reason I say that it's not a terrible ending is that for the first time in the series, Clem feels like a TRUE leader in the end here. She's had a lot of big moments of growing up/showing strength and everything, but this is the first time to me she's felt like she was truly filling Lee's shoes. Or maybe that's just me trying to rationalize how shitty it'd be to not a get a true ending (: But ya, while I'm definitely dying to get eps 3&4, compared to ending after S4E1 or even S3 this would sit better with me
