mac n cheese is the nut you dumbfucks

yeah, my kids all loved it when they were eight as well. Especially the cartoon themed ones.

dude all normal people love mac n cheese
its as american as shit gits
if u hate it u hate america
r u a terrorist?

pasta with cheese is more american than a southern fried veggie?

methinks your reasoning is off

See- that's the problem- you've been forced to believe this is good eats, like collard greens and grits.

Grits are good, and when we add a little starch and call them polenta you hipsters line up around the block for them.

Spinach greens are OK, but the others are too bitter.

Gaffigan said it best about grits when he said:

"If you like biscuits and gravy without the flavor of biscuits and gravy, you'll love our homemade wet sand."
How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?

I like a nice mustard potato salad

This may cancel out the okra statement.

Oh, go take a long walk off a short pier

I was giving you credit but okay, that's fine, Dadd.

Oh, I had your comments backwards.

either way

Plus anyone who can get soy sauce to their mouth without gagging doesn't get to tell me what's good.

Mac and cheese as we know it was invented in the US. Pasta was not, nor was cheese. Jeffersons wife gets credit for inventing it using a pasta maker from italy and parmesan cheese. That was later replaced with very british cheddar cheese, and finally with some kind of chemical goo made in a laboratory.

Okra, otoh came from africa with the slave trade, but is southern fried.

For the okra haters is it the texture or flavor?

Soy sauce is fine- I 'm guessing you only had cheap soy sauce that's in the little chinese food packets (mostly crap and HFCS) or Kikkoman. There are some Korean soy sauces with anise that are fantastic.

Wait a sec ... are you saying that how something is made or prepared could affect whether someone thinks it tastes good?

Nope- nothing, not even deep frying, can save sweet potatoes.
