I'd probably go back to my big family road trip when I was 13 where we traveled around the majority of the western US for a few weeks. There was always something new to see every day and I remember never wanting it to end

If I'm not going back in a time machine to watch this unfold, but just turning back the clock to a specific time, then it's the "Certain Vacation" option.

It would be the trip to Egypt.
