They need to make sure you are able to interact with stuff even if it doesn't pertain directly to the story. What I've noticed with some of the newer games (especially Batman) if it is not something/someone you have to deal with to progress the story you either can't interact with it, or it is just a quick meaningless blurb.

The first one was AWESOME at that.
"So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

Yeah, I was just coming here to say that. I played on my 360 personally and I'm really iffy on whether or not it's worth it to hook it back up.

My favorite was the random barrel you can look at that Lee just goes "hmmmm!" to.

Not sure if anyone is planning on pre ordering it but for Batman telltale has been really shitty about getting things up on time, especially on PC.

Ep 4 and 5 of Batman have been late, not sure if it is there fault or steams fault but it is a tad annoying (not a huge deal but still).

I'll probably still get it sooner than later, doubt it goes on much of a sale before all the episodes are out.

OH HOW GREAT

I dealt with that shit from S1 on 360 to S2 on PC. Ended up just starting S2 without having a S1 save file, it was so sad

Is it not out for PS4 or something? I can't find it!!!

Need to rehook my 360 up to get my save information. If it's not on the Playstation Store by the end of the day I may just get it for PC.
