I agree with the Shawn lynch. I guess there's no reason for me not to claim at this point. My active was that I can watch to see who visits someone at night but now that I have been given the pep talk I can also see who that person visits. The reason I think a Shawn lynch makes sense is because I know for a fact that he visited someone night 5 and that seems really far into the game for someone who was legit inactive to be submitting actions. I don't think he is a likely candidate for recruiter (I'm very lost on who that might be) but I do think that he's scum of some kind.

Shawn visited someone N5? That's a night when someone was recruited, right? Night 6 Shawn didn't do anything according to Christian. So why is he not a likely candidate for recruiter?

Also, would you mind to share a list of your night actions and what you learned from them? It could help I think.

I am..... a cock merchant. Every night I can visit someone and acquire their cock, but for obvious reasons, I can only visit any person once. The other part of my role is to sell the cocks, which I can do for the following:

-Sell 1: Extra vote the next day phase
-Sell 2: You may track a player the next night phase
-Sell 3: You may role cop a player (any phase)
-Sell 4: The next time someone attempts to kill you (excluding lynches) it will fail

so basically I'm a jack of all trades who has to earn their abilities. So far I've only been able to buy the BP vest. I'm trying to save up for the role cop now but I got blocked last night, so I still only have 1

Night 1. Watched Curt - Curt was visited by Chris, Colby and Craig. I'm a little confused as to why I wasn't blocked by his passive but my watching ability specifically mentions it not counting as a visit so I think that might be why.

Night 2. Watched Herm - Visited by Dylan. (Conversion happened this night)

Night 3. Watched Merc - No one visited. (Conversion happened this night)

Night 4. Watched Buffy - No one visited.

Night 5. Watched Buffy again - Cake, Shawn and Christian visited (conversion happened this night). The reason I think Shawn isn't recruiter is because Buffy flipped mafia instead of cult. But it's always possible he jad multiple abilities and two people that night so I'm not positive that it isn't him.

Night 6. Watched Boc - No one visited.

Night 7. Watched Walk - Christian was the only one who visited. Walk visited no one.

Boc's ability fits with what Wikey's pep talk described to me.

which part did Wikey know, out of curiosity?

After reading Badger's post, I went back to read the roles of ppl who visited Curtis N1 and Chris' role is pretty much a vig, just that he has 50% chance of killing the person. I do not believe that Curtis is town. Not Random Mafia either. So that leaves Stabilizer or Chaotic Mafia/the recruiting faction.

Merc and Ahoda are typical mafia kills, no vig kills lol. Especially Merc.

Add to that, that we're possibly looking for the leader of the Chaotic Mafia as mentioned in Moose's role. I've never seen a mafia that just sits and converts. They kill, that's the whole point. Maybe they had 3 conversions max idk. Curtis' list could just be a list of the kills his faction performed imo.

I can't imagine that Brian would include a character capable of killing, is completely untargetable (not just bullet proof, he also can't be cop'd, redirected, blocked etc.) and on top of that can recruit to a faction. That seems wayyyyyyyyyyy too strong so makes me pretty sure that he isn't the original recruiter.

Since Curtis can't be targeted I assume he can't be recruited, and that makes me think that he is the very last person we should lynch this round. Since there is a faction in this game that has 4 people then we need to hit that faction 100% because if we don't then they are in control of the votes moving forward. Whether or not he is a potential Serial Killer, Curt shouldn't be lynched today.

I am keeping my lynch on Shawn. I think it would be a big mistake to change from him as lynch target.

I don't think it's that strong. Suppose it is a mafia faction that starts as a single person. That person gets:
- a kill every night = same as regular mafia, but the kill is a factional kill, not an individual ability
- 3 recruits
- can't be targeted at night - which makes sense or else their faction can't grow

For one person that is a bit much, but for a faction that is quite OK I think? Like, a regular mafia faction starts with 4-5-6 people and they have all kind of powers. This chaotic mafia (if it's that), started with a single person so they must have something to compensate.

Aside from that I agree that changing is not the right thing to do, unless we all think the same about this. I'll keep my vote on Shawn if you do basically. It's most likely not a bad vote.

What are the chances that we've not hit any of this other party? The reason we've been talking about conversions is because of one of DD's powers to protect someone from being converted. And because Badger gets reports.

I don't buy that with 8 of us left and supposedly 4 of this other party out there, that they are some completely separate group. The Stabilizers have to be the recruiters...unless it's the Chaotic Mafia (which is mentioned in Moose's role reveal). But even still, how could one of them not have flipped yet? Curtis could be the leader of the Chaotics. His unwillingness to lynch either Boc or Lamps over me is concerning, with Wikey's info out there.

I don't know what to make of Shawn. But if he's visiting people at night and not contributing during the day, he's probably been gathering information for his scumbuddies. He's either with the Stabilizers or the Chaotic Mafia. We know nothing about his role. Why would he have visited Buffy on Night 5? To protect her? To kill her?

Cake was sort of a Jack of All Trades too. And was aligned with Town. Boc's powers are pretty much the same, except for having to earn them.
