I don't care if some of you buy into the conspiracy theories but the point of this thread was to remember the people who lost their lives or lost loved ones on that day. Watching people jump to their deaths from a skyscraper to avoid being burned alive just isn't that funny to me. And it doesn't excuse anything else to just think about them for one minute. Made a big edit to my initial post. I dunno why I was so blindly patriotic when I was living in Holland.
But I think moving back to the US, and seeing some of the people and their ideals here got me to open my eyes a bit by how whacked this country is at times.
