I don't see why this can't not be good. I have high hopes and I like that it's different from the first three.

The percentage is higher than I expected but the content of the reviews is pretty much what I feared

I loved it. Much better than 2 and 3, although clearly on a lower level than the original. It was an absolute spectacle, and was the most fun I've had in a theater since Kingsman.

I don't think there's much deep/philosophical ground that Jurassic Park can cover that the first one hasn't already, and I'm completely fine with switching to OTT fun. It was done well, with a lot of nods to past movies to show that they really do care.

There was one death scene that I found horrific, but otherwise the pacing was great.
