I'm not that hyped for it as I should be. I actually haven't even seen any of the footage maybe that is why. But because I loved the first two I will see it. I'll probably go to the theater and see it. I do trust Nolan and wish it wasn't the last for them. I'm sure they will reboot it again but I wish they would continue with this series.

I never thought she was that hot. As Crusher said she is average and low for celebs.

I would've preferred to see Marion Cotillard in that role, but meh. I'll give her a chance. Nolan knows what he's doing

who you like in real life is different than who you think is hot in a movie I would think.

Personally I don't care either way but she was quite boring with Franco at the oscars, not that that had anything to do with anything.

they are decent when they have decent hosts, like Billy Crystal for example.

Lol Ari, I am not "people" - and I didn't say Heath Ledger would suck. Of course it was difficult to go against Jack Nicholson as the Joker (one of the best actors ever) so "people" might have been worried - but he pulled it off.

This Hathaway girl though, she's like pretty much "new" to the circle and belongs to a crop of actors that hasn't got shit on the 80/90's actors. In my opinion that is. Nowadays it's all more about visuals and stuff, and less about just acting the shit out of a role it seems. Of course there are still heavy character driven pieces and well performed characters in movies. But I don't feel like hathaway could deliver a seriously shizophrenic/psychotic "good/evil" catwoman. Probably she has some dark lines, and is witty or whatever, but that would be it. No "fear" creeping up your spine material though as Michelle Pfeiffer delivered in Batman Returns. When she faces Christopher Walken "reborn", that was epic. That was a complete 180* turn in her character and she pulled it of too well and kept it up and even pushed it further throughout the movie.

I haven't seen TDKR yet so I can just give my thoughts on how I think Hathaway will perform and what the flare of the movie will be like. Maybe she goes totally nuts in this movie and delivers a rollercoaster ride playing the character of catwoman....but I don't see it right now.

Is Catwoman supposed to have a big role in this?
