I agree that Louie probably has deep mental issues.
He doesn't sound a complete scumbag, just a guy that has some real issues.
Hopefully he can go to therapy or some sort of rehab.

But that girl was thristy, it's gender neutral. Guys can be thirsty. In fact, guys are more likely to be described by that word imo.
