While all my posts last night were purely trolling in nature (I could care less about the Active User thread), you have to see the hypocrisy in your above comment. You state that checking the Active User is pointless and means nothing, yet you did that exact thing and used info you got from it to influence your gameplay. So which is it: pointless or useful?

I can't go into more detail without talking about the actual game and I'm not doing that here.

SIdenote: not having graveyard threads is a major downfall of the small portion of this site that hosts mafia games.

To have a graveyard thread we would need to create a mask so that only dead players can see inside the forum to talk freely, then apply that mask to each person as they die. Then remove it from each person after each game and do it again for the next one

You have a separate mafia forum, where the mafia can discuss the game. Why can't you have a separate graveyard forum and only send invites to players once they are dead?

Or maybe a password locked subforum... Though honestly what do the dead really have to talk about? They are fun on attws, but that's just because it's in character.

I do know how forums work.

Every game I've played on this site, the mafia private forum is hosted off site. Would it be that hard to also host a graveyard private forum off-site as well?

No need for a mask at all.

Sure, but no one would use an off site one at all really and a large majority of hosts would never bother to set one up and hand out the link every time

How do you know no one will use it if you've never tried? ;)

I've played in a number of games where the graveyard thread was much more entertaining and fun than the actual game thread itself.
