Whoever won the coin toss won that game last night.
50% of the time, yes.
I love all the people that have been crying about the OT rules when literally earlier in the day DREW BREES' team won the coin toss and lost the game...cuz the Rams actually played defense
I honestly don't think the OT rules can be much better than they are (since the change a few years ago, the old rule was dumb). College rules are way more lopsided statistically (2nd team to get the ball wins like 60% of the time) and playing an entire extra period like other sports would lead to way more injuries
They could take a page from soccer and have a FG contest to determine the winner. Just start at the 35 yard line, and for every time they make one, they move back 5 yards.

Rams and Chiefs would've won in this case, I can go along with that
Speaking from the experience of "my wife's from Boston and we're there multiple times a year", It'd be easier to list the ones who aren't tbqh (:

You know Helios is scum when he summarizes everything and then adds to the discussion by picking out one random sentence someone says and writes an italicized diatribe about how it's curious and he really, REALLY wants to know more about it.
"What did you mean by this, though? You are eating a biscuit? A BISCUIT???? Seems a little farfetched to me. Really gonna need to hear more about this biscuit situation."
Yes
With some form of over the top, “Wait, what the actual fuck?!” thrown in
A biscuit? Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?
Say it with me... inactive biscuit is still biscuit. And my key to victory.
- Saints definitely got hosed, and while that miss PI was huge, and obvious, there was also a missed facemask penalty that would have given the Rams the ball at the 2 yard line (due to that not being called, they had to settle for a FG, so, devil's advocate).
- Yes, Saints could have milked the clock down to 10 seconds and kicked a FG, but they did have the ball in OT to be fair. Rams just made a play and ended up winning.
- that being said, if it was gonna be the Pats, I do wish the Saints won, cause I would have preferred a Brady/Brees match-up at this point.
- KC, so many missed opportunities. Playing only 2 quarters of football, just like the regular season match-up.
- Dee Fuckin' Ford. I thought they had that INT, and didn't realize it was offside until the ref announced it. So much fucking disappointment.
- Mahomes is gonna be real good, for a real long time. This guy's talent is unreal. Made some mistakes in key games this year, but he'll learn from them (like taking the sack instead of throwing it away in the 2nd, could have been in FG range)
And thank god KC fired their DC. People kept saying all season their defense sucked because the offense was so quick sometimes, but if you look at the numbers they were the WORST at getting stops. They allowed the most 1st downs all year. They just flat out sucked. If they were even half decent, and got some stops during the season, you could argue that would have gotten Mahomes the ball back, and they'd have put up even more points. Then they could milk the clock in the 4th with a comfortable lead instead of trying to win or play catch-up. With an even half competent D, this team will be dangerous.

Their defense wasn't just bad. It was almost like they were intentionally bad. Against running teams, the dc has them penetrating after the qb and not even attempting to set the edge. The few adjustments actually looked like the 3rd was adjusting to a game 3 weeks ago instead of the current one.
I mean the pats won running stacked blocking Te's with one wr running the same sit down route on every play. I could have qb'ed the pats to that last td, ffs.
