My in-laws's dog is having seizures and would just fall over is being put down today. The vet said she was having brain problems and it was time. Poor thing. She was a puppy when I started dating Katy. She lived a long happy live and was a therapy dog for many years. Her family is all gutted right now.

Crazy how you would pay endless amounts of money to help your dog but tell yourself that you dont need to go to the doctor for most things haha.

Breast cancer. She caught it early. I'm hoping to hell it turns out okay. But I'm shellshocked. I've never really had to deal with death at all in my life and there's just been bad news after bad news all at once. My dad had a cancer scare last year which thankfully turned out fine. Lost my grandfather in March very, very suddenly and now this. All in the middle of a fucking pandemic, so I can't see her and couldn't go to my grandfather's funeral, which he didn't even get anyway.
I'm losing my mind man. With how lucky I've been in never dealing with death at 30 years old, you start to feel like your loved ones are immortal and you take that shit for granted. I had an absolutely awful dream about my dad dying a few weeks ago which has had me incredibly emotional, even if it was just a dream. |
