Well what do we think the leadership role will give the person. Cause if it makes them BP then a BP doctor sounds p good to me. If it gives them just a town mayor power then whatever

TIB's non-reaction makes sense if he hasn't got a role and therefore wasn't notified that he could do whatever he does at night, twice. He was jailkept on N2, which apparently affects the following night (last night) as well, according to the new info from Timmah. So he is pretty cleared from doing anything nefarious at night so far.

I thought they meant it affects the next day as well, not two nights?

It's part of the jailing, it blocks them the following night too. It doesn't say day, but I guess day/night is the same thing in this sense.
