Ayeeee! 7 minutes honestly seems a little short.

I have a "misfit" (kind of a cheapo version of a fitbit). We have to have some form of step tracker for work - it's a whole big program and we get rewards for our steps, etc. Anyway, mine measures my sleep every night. It's pretty interesting to see how many hours/minutes of sleep I've had and also it shows the "awake", "light", and "restful" minutes. So anyway, it's interesting how quickly or how long it can take to fall asleep, depending on the night.

I had an app like that and it recorded any snoring and tracked my sleep. I used it for a week and all 7 days it says I woke up at 2:50am almost on the dot and stayed awake for 10 minutes. I had no memory of that, it was freaky (if accurate)

That's kind of cool, though. I know people go in and out of REM sleep and that's the deep sleep where you supposedly dream, so maybe that's where you were at the time? I wish I had an app that recorded "REM sleep" ... or dreams lol.
