As a long time soccer hater I have to admit that I’ve actually been able to catch a few games this WC and have enjoyed it. For some reason it just seems different and more exciting. I just have a hard time catching the games.
Part of me wishes the U.S. team would have gotten in. But then the other part figures they would have just really blown it and turned me off more. | | |

I love watching soccer when it's a huge event like the World Cup. The crowd is so into it, esp in the knockout stage. I watched the Euro's a year(?) ago it was the same kinda atmosphere that's what really draws me in.
I've never gotten into like an MLS game or anything like that. | Rodney is a great guy. Oops, nevermind he's a terrible human being.
He likes his sandwiches to be Turkey and Swiss. Triangle cut. Let vern have his crust. Poison the part Rodney eats.

What I like about the World Cup, and other similar events, is how the winner is actually the world champion. Unlike some sports out there.
