I'm just going to say my favorite movie is Guardians of the Galaxy if they ask me for nametag purposes. Recent enough and a good indicator of the type of movies I like in terms of tone.

I feel like I'll be pretty happy working there, even if it's far from glamorous. I've spent probably a third of my life in movie theaters and I spend a ton of money on movies that I'll now be saving by the perks of working at a theater.

I'll miss out on midnight premieres with friends but it's not that big a deal, and I don't care about working on Holidays. I only cared about stuff like that at the job I have currently because I hate the job I have currently and any time I don't have to be there is a blessing.

I am looking forward to working in a new environment and learning new stuff. If I don't make a fuss about working the concession stand and cleaning up theaters I can eventually move up to working the ticket booths which would be cool, I like seeing what people are seeing. I'd like to one day help run the projection booth, that would be a cool area to work in.

Overall I just don't want to feel stuck in one place in my life which is what the dry cleaner job felt like despite the great hours and relative ease of the job. If I work a lot at AMC I could maybe earn enough to rent an apartment somewhere too, which while I don't mind seeing my family every day I know I have to work on getting my own life started somewhere else. Though I could potentially stay at home still and save up money for vacations to travel the world later. Anyways, I'll have more money.

My next step after getting this job is to work on getting my license and getting a car.
