I think they could have a mafia doc or some kind of re-direct/bus (Brian you can yell at me here). Godfather is always BP. Rose's role makes sense to have a one-time BP since she was lure so she wouldn't die if she lures the kill - at least once. It's not that outlandish to think there's a doc - if that's what happened. I think Nav may be really frustrated because he is mafia but didn't survive a kill. idk - but Herm's results are fishy fishy and the fact he never checked out Nav is weird to me.
