Ya. You proposed two very convoluted scenarios where scum could be claiming to be RBed to get town cred, ignoring the very simple scenario where scum could just not RB and then claim the cred.

Also, I think you're trying to muddy the waters by saying that Dylan could be a scum role. There were two scum on his wagon, so imo it's really likely he's town.
