##lynch Greenday

this is just a placeholder. i don't want to make a serious lynch without an updated vote count.

Ok. I'm caught up. Sorry I was in and out and trying to stay up to date on mobile.

I guess everyone wants to hear why I voted Primate:

1. He was going to be lynched so I didn't want him flipping scum and me looking like shit for not voting for him.
2. With Ahoda's info, it was pretty clear Primate was bussed. Which meant there was a 50% chance he was scum. I take those odds all day.
3. If he didn't flip scum, we'd either confirm Ahoda a liar (unlikely) or prove a busser.
4. It was end of day and I didn't want environmental damage.

DS, I voted to smash you because you seem like town, but is your smash useful at this point or do you just want it because you want to keep it out of scum hands?

Tried my best to get the vote count right. It's possible I might have overlooked something.

I'm interested to know why people would jump to the conclusion that if someone is bussed, that they are most likely scum? I mean, if we had reason to believe that the bus driver is scum then I get it. But the role could just as easily be town as it could be scum.

It's been done before but it's usually just one way. I think I had a town rerouter ability once.

Timmah was jumping around with a lot of OMGUS votes yesterday. He jumped from me to Primate pretty quick. I didn't really give him good reason to, so maybe Primate just "looked scummier." But could easily be trying to protect TIB.

The only town bus driver I remember from around here was in a game with a scum bus driver counterpart.

Helios Garabandia @ 9/1/2017 6:43
Lamps @ 9/1/2017 9:06
Helios Garabandia @ 9/1/2017 14:18
Lamps @ 9/1/2017 2:31
Helios visits Helios
Lamps visits Badger
DS uses boomerang on Badger meaning Lamps is dealt 10% damage

Now bussing would make it

Helios visits Lamps
Lamps visits Badger
DS uses boomerang on Badger meaning Helios is dealt 10% damage

This is speculation, based on what I read - but it would explain Helios getting damage.

No it wouldn't.

Why would DS using the boomerang on Badger deal me damage in this situation? If I am bussed with Lamps, and the issue comes from DS and Lamps using abilities on Badger, then how do I end up with the damage? I don't see how DS using the boomerang wouldn't still cause Lamps to take the damage.

Unless I don't understand how DS' boomerang actually works, I'm very much missing something in this scenario.

DS action affects target X. That was me. Now X and Y are bussed. So it affects Y. Y is you. I THINK that is how it works but im not the host.

I understand that. The way it's described though is odd, as quoted in this quotethread (more letters lol):

W (DS) targets X (Badger).
Y (Lamps) targets X (Badger).
Z (Helios) targets Z (Helios).

Y and Z are bussed. Thus,

Z (Helios) targets Y (Lamps)
Y (Lamps) still targets X (Badger)
W (DS) still targets X(Badger)

Thus, I don't understand how Z (Helios) gets the damage. Unless the way it works is that DS' action deals damage to whoever targets his target, which means that damage, and not just actions, is bussable? Alternately, DS directly targeted Lamps, which would be bussed to me.

The boomerang targets the visitors of my target
