I watched The Evil Dead because it was on tv recently and I know it's one of those cult horror classics. I usually don't mind the gore, but that's all this seemed to be. I didn't really like it once all the possession and stuff started.

The series set the trend for horror movies that didn't take themselves too seriously. They made the whole zombie movie experience accessible to the mainstream. Bruce Campbell is the original bumbling antihero.

And he's still the best one

The great thing is that they weren't trying to make the first one funny.

Threw this on Plex without knowing anything about it. It's a weird white trash Fargo that builds to a hell of a "what?" reveal from the first moments of the movie. I can't believe they made a dark comedy out of this and that it worked. I really liked it but would be kinda hesitant to recommend it.

My dumb friend gave this a two out of ten on LB which makes me wanna watch it even more

It’s pretty good right up until the event. But the event is so bizarre, it ruins the movie.

I want to argue because the rest of the movie still held up for me, especially the dialogue and the guy who sounded like Kenny Powers, but it's hard to argue for that.

I started to watch Fargo for the first time ever. The movie from 1996.
It's the thing I'm going to watch over the next few days. lol It's tough for me to watch a movie in its entirety in one sitting, unless I'm at the theatre, I don't know why.

Review: I like it so far. lol

I have about 15 minutes of the movie left, but I had to stop because my nephew came over.
