Some of you probably know my best friend Cassie from that one SI video. Well earlier this year she joined the army, and she's been at basic training/officer training since May. She got home on Halloween, and I get to see her Friday. Can't remember the last time I was so excited for something.

Man those recruiting types can be real creepy.
I recall I was at work and a guy looked at me and told me that the lord was talking to him and told him that I was a creative person. I agreed but who wouldnt that's pretty vague.
He said that the holy spirit was working through whatever I was currently doing. I nodded my head like that made sense. I'm pretty sure I was in the middle of making a urk style picture in lab at the time. So one of those pics is blessed at least.
He asked if I was a writer. I guess he thought god was blessing my writings. Nah I'm an artist I said. To which he changed gears and said his sisters were painters for Jesus or something like that.
He said goodbye and apologised for freaking me out but I pokerfaced him that everything was perfectly fine and everything he said to me actually made sense.
You kind of get used to bullshiting these kind of people after 22 odd years in a regular church environment.

One time, late night at Walmart, some lady tried to evangelize me and grim. She thought grim was my daughter. Then she tried to tell us that Jesus would heal us so we wouldn't need glasses anymore. | d ( i n o s r o a ) r

The best is when they give you terrible tracks.
I never opened these but I assume the first one is about the devils birthday party where he gets a miniature Church to go in his train set.

The last surprise looks like it involves a one-hundred foot tall devil raping a church.

I think I mentioned my plan to try couponing on here, it's actually working really well. I won't bore you with the details of all that but I think I will easily win my bet ;) lol
Anyway, the part I thought I'd pass along is apps. I've had a couple guys your age range asking about them so thought others might be interested as well. I've learned there are apps that pay you back for buying certain items as well as just entering your total over time. Pretty easy and could help the budget a little bit. In about 4 weeks time, I've earned $82 in just apps. So here's a list.
Top 4 :
SavingStar
Checkout 51
ibotta
Snap
Haven't used as much :
Shopmium
Jingit
Shopkick
BerryCart
ReceiptHog
SavingsCatcher (WalMart)
Shrink (apple only)
(Also, some offer referrals so if you are fb friends and one signs up you may want to refer to get the extra $$ ) | A lesson without pain is meaningless. I heard Ebates was a cool place to shop and get money back. I wanna try it out to see how it works, because getting paid to shop sounds like the life for me.

Two Mormons ganged up on me once. Even when I told them I was Catholic they still wanted me to meet them at their welcome center and talk with them about their prophet Joseph Smith. I feigned interest but never met them there. That's the only time I've been targeted for recruitment. Luckily they never came after me and I ended up moving a few weeks later. On Saturday two Jehovah's Witnesses stopped by my house. I had ordered a pizza about forty minutes prior and assumed that's what it was. I was unlocking the door when I peeked through the little window and saw that it was a devious trap. There's no way they didn't hear me, but I just stood there on the other side of the door until they left. Praying that the pizza didn't roll up while they were standing there.
They left the shittiest pamphlet of all time. It's like the consistency of tissue paper.
