You can craft an Auger now? I feel like that would have made things quite a bit easier when we were playing constantly.

You can craft an auger right now in this version. The problem is all the individual parts are exactly as rare as a full auger used to be

I've been playing Fallout message me on Steam

I played for a few minutes to test out how it runs. I started in the desert. I headed towards what looked like a town, where I saw a chicken. I attacked the chicken, and eventually killed it, but then discovered I couldn't loot it. I had to punch the chicken, over and over again to get its feathers and meat.

This is going to be a great update

I played earlier and it works perfectly fine for me

I've pumped about 15 hours into A13 so far. Damn, starting out is a lot tougher than it used to be. Takes all day just to harvest a couple trees and beat down the doors of a house to loot it. Zombies are tough to kill, headshots are difficult, especially on the fucking crawlers. Dogs seem way faster! Either that or the character is slower.

Hopefully this all means it will be more rewarding once I actually get established and can murder zombies at will. We will see.

All I know is that there is a ton of whining going on over at the 7dtd forums.

Anybody else playing much with the new update?
