Which one are you going for? I can help you find it. Also if you're going to a new nvidia 30 series there are a couple discord servers you can join and you'll get notifications when they are in stock

I've been looking at 3070 and 3080.
Even if I'd set up notifications you only have like 3 minutes to buy it, it's crazy

Yeah it sucked getting them. I have been able to buy 4 3080/3090s for friends using them though.

Annnnd crashed again. After a building I needed to go to didn't pop up until I was literally next it, along with the people that I needed to talk to. Also some Tyger Claws who saw me down the street had a red exclamation point over their head as I walked by and it didn't trigger combat until I was in mid dialogue with the NPC about three blocks down the street. Thinking I'm putting this one down for awhile (: I hope they fix this shit. It's damn near unplayable.

fwiw playing more last night (on PC) I didn't notice a lot of bugs (mostly just cosmetic glitches), and I got it running at a decent framerate (even if the graphics now look like PS4 graphics at best) so at least on the TECHNICAL side I can't complain too much rn

Gameplay/story-wise though...idk! It's getting better but there's a lot of weird missteps in both areas I feel like they made. More than anything, I just really don't see how I'm supposed to care about V. Doesn't seem like it gives you a chance to mold your PERSONALITY that much which is surprising for something that's, y'know, an RPG

but hey the hacking mechanic is p cool

I read that there's a montage that basically skips the part where you would grow to care about the characters at the beginning and that's super annoying.

They're also not calling it an RPG anymore but an action adventure.

Based off what I've seen, probably a couple months at least? Like, normal bugs are one thing, but 15 fps just standing in the city, constant rendering issues if you decide to drive/run anywhere, multiple sidequests causing crashes, it's a looot to fix, lol. And on top of that, they're also supposed to be working on the actual next-gen version currently? Studio must be a mess right now

I wish they would come out with a statement and give us a timeframe...

tbh I can't fault CDPR too much for this. People were PISSED at the multiple delays this year, and they're still pissed now that it was clearly rushed to market when they didn't want to delay it yet again. They kinda can't win

even though Rockstar had their own problems with crunch, at least they just had the ONE 18-month delay for RDR2 and they were able to make it come out great on launch. Think that was a lot easier pill to swallow than a bunch of smaller delays like CDPR did for this
