Follow isn't the same as Watching. He learned what action you did not who you did it on. My interpretation of his lynch vote is that he got back something else as your action. |

Watcher and Follower is the exact same role.
They're both targeting someone and see what's going on. |
Follower sees a player’s action, watcher looks where a player goes
