I am at peace with this. Kawhi gave us everything, we didn't tear down our team either for a superstar, did it with most of the team we had. We got the championship. I'll enjoy the memories.
I'm just glad it was the Clippers. We always knew it was a very long shot to keep him.
That being said, that PG13 trade was ridiculous. So many first rounders. I heard rumours the raptors were offered Westbrook and him for Siakam and a bunch of picks. Would rather keep what we have and look to the future. | | |
