I sleep with my front door locked.

In fact, every night I go to each door and call out to my wife "front of compound secured" or "rear of compound secured" because I'm a bit of a loser.

I am a little shocked that no one has picked 8+ hours of sleep. I would have thought that would have been the most popular range.

I go to sleep between 1-2 am, and the alarm goes off at 6:30 am. Even my daughter can see that doesn't add up to 8+ hours.

There's no 3-14 hour option...

A: No door. If I ever close the door Ellie will either whine to come in or get out all night long

B: Fully clothed. Even in the summer I sleep fully clothed with a comforter and everything. If I'm hot I'll just turn the AC up

C: Don't snore

D: I have nightmares & dreams, but I p much only remember them if I wake up right in the middle of one. I wish I remember them more. Lucid dreaming would be fun

E: 6-8 hours. My habits have steadily gotten worse with this over the past few years but I still get at least 6

I went to bed at 8 yesterday. Got a nice 9 1/2 hour sleep. It was magical. May try to do it more often.

I can't remember the last time I woke up that early (: I still wake up at noon on weekends, my habits haven't really changed with that since college. 8:30 usually on weekdays

Door unlocked, it doesn't have a lock on it but if it did I would lock it.

Fully clothed usually, I have pj pants or sweatpants I wear and a t shirt. In the summer I wear old gym shorts instead of the pants.

I've been told I snore but I don't think it's too bad, also would not know.

I never remember dreams.

usually 6-8 hours, it's very rare I get above 8 but when I do oh boy it feels great.

Beware the ass wind?

I sleep terribly. Wake up a lot. And when i sleep on my back, which ends up being the most comfortable, i stop breathing which scares my gf and she wakes me up.

sounds like sleep apnea, my mom and ex-step dad both have it and they sleep with machines that help them. See a specialist if you haven't already
