Mudiay's draft stock I believe went down when he went to Germany. Still was 7th but I believe he was projected top 5 coming out of Highschool.
Also sending your kid to a university in US (and a lot of the times the same state you live in) is a lot different than shipping them off to Europe. | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

I don’t get why the bug name basketball players don’t go to Europe for a year or 2. Get paid, fuck bitches, then nba |
Because the players in Europe, on average, are better than the players they would play against in their 1 year in college, so the "prospect" value decreases, especially if they don't play a lot overseas. Plus, it's easier to justify a draft pick as an NBA team as a "project" if the fans are familiar with them (i.e. Embiid or Simmons on the 76ers) instead of someone like Jennings after he went and played in Australia for a season. |
These kids aren’t afraid of competition. |

Remember the kids that go to Europe can sign with an agent and the agencies will take care of them.
Hell, the AAU should create a league that bridges the time a kid plays after high schoool till they are drafted.
I like the hockey and soccer darts where they draft kids out of high school as well. Let them get paid while they go to school until they are ready for nba |

That Griffin kid is a pretty cool story in the combine. I am sure he'll make it to the NFL but I am still curious how effective he will be. Barkley is a freaking machine. Hope he doesn't end up on the Giants.
Not sure on Lamar Jackson yet. I feel like its gotten kind of political which is kind of lame. I definitely think he should get a chance though. I think Rosen is the real deal, after that I am not sure on any of the others.

The guy trailing was just giving the offensive player a boost to make sure he'd complete the dunk. | |
