DS the reason Buffy knew Zersch couldn't be blocked was because she is scum with Herm and knew Herm was the one using his action on Zersch. Buffy is so obviously caught scum it is amazing to me that other possibilities are even being considered.

Zersch basically broke the tie in favor of the person who then killed him.

And yes I broke up Buffy and Madz because after people lynched Farlig, I don't feel as comfortable with sacrificing a potential townie in Madz.

And why would Buffy jail someone she knew couldn't be blocked TWICE?!
