Or goal pounds lost if that's something more comfortable to announce. You need to set a specific goal to achieve imo, it helped when I lost weight last year

Lose weight.

These last couple of years I've gained weight, and I'm in the process of losing weight.

What's your goal weight?

Somewhere around 176 pounds. That's my goal post, then I can work myself down more if necessary.

Especially since I'm 6'2 and 230lb currently. Would like a bit more, but i'll start there.

Fortunately, I'm not fat slobs like Primate and Ahoda.

I'm in a similar situation, and would love to move from DE/LB back down to at least a SS, if not a tall CB before summer comes and I need to lead a group of students on a 3-week hiking/camping trip above 10,000 feet.

I do at least work out currently, 3-4 times a week, strength and cardio, so it isn't a sloppy 230#, I mostly need to adjust my eating habits.

Last year my ny resolution was to drink more wine. This year my ny resolution is to drink better wine.

Also find a way to be more relaxed / not so stressed and “busy” all the time. This seems hard.

I start each day doing diminishing weight curls.

First is 32 oz. Then 30 oz, then 28, all the way down to zero. Then after lunch, I start all over again.

I do the same, but have a smaller number of ounces.

How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?
