I went with the 80s. Saturday mornings still meant cartoons back then. I loved Thundercats, He-Man (and She-Ra!), Ninja Turtles, G.I.Joe. Also The Smurfs and Alvin and the Chipmunks. From earlier than that, The Flintstones and Scooby-Doo. From the 90s, I loved the '92 X-Men series, Animaniacs, and currently enjoy Rick & Morty.

2000's for Futurama alone. South Park was also in its prime
And who doesn't like Spongebob? What the hell?
That gay little sponge is hilarious.

80s or 90s for me. I think I have to side with the 90s tho.
Sorry to Heathcliff and the Mario Bros. cartoon in particular.

Voltron: Defender of the Universe is an American animated television series that features a team of astronauts who pilot a giant Super Robot known as "Voltron". Initially produced as a joint venture between World Events Productions and Toei Animation, the original television series aired in syndication from September 10, 1984 to November 18, 1985. The first season of Voltron, featuring the "Lion Force Voltron", was adapted from the Japanese anime television series Beast King GoLion. The second season, featuring the "Vehicle Team Voltron", was adapted from the unrelated anime series Armored Fleet Dairugger XV. |
Yep- giant mecha anime.

There is anime listed on the 80s listing (Voltron) so the official poll definitioner rules that anime is fair game.

Based on the above description, then neither is Robotech, Star Blazers, G Force/Battle of the Planets, or the myriad other 80s animes.

Good poll, Ahoda. I almost voted for 70's because of Scooby Doo, but I voted for 60's because of Flintstones and Jetsons.
