Last night I went through Curtis, TIB and 317's posts to find interactions between Curtis/317 and TIB/317 in the game.

317 items: N1 - gun to Rose N2 - rigged lie detector to Spin N3 - rigged pocket watch to Curtis N4 - mirror to Zersch Looking through Curtis/317 interactions or posts about eachother: D1 - D2: Nothing about the game D3: Curtis voted 317 right away after Zersch called him out, probably because he thought Zersch had info. Doesn't really speak to whether he was mafia just making sure he got on the train right away or town thinking 317 was caught scum. N3: im317 says he passed the pocket watch to curtis this night, Curtis confirms. According to 317's role, he would have to decide whether to sabotage or not when he passed the item out. I guess it could be a long play by 317/Curtis if they were both scum and as a hail mary to use later on... but Curtis didn't use it until Rose and I kind of bugged him about it. Curtis wouldn't be a bad target by 317 if Curtis is town, though. Also, all the other recipients of 317's items were town. D4: im317 posts something about shaggy/scooby/edibles, Curtis calls him a legend. Doesn't really mean much. Ben, 317 and Curtis were all on Jamie's train in succession (although Ben did unlynch). idk if I see Curtis following two scummates on a lynch in order like that but that's wifom. D5: Curtis has 317 on his list as scummy (not about 317) but Curtis told Spin his partner revealed himself/herself that day. That seemed like a town post. If he was mafia, idk if he'd point it out like that. Quotes this post of 317's: "so there are votes on Ben and Lamps? i have a minor town read on Ben and i don't remember much of what Lamps has done. oh yeah TIB has votes too? im on the fence with him. i have to head out for a few hours now but i will be back way before deadline." and says "Anyone can have a vote on them if you try hard enough" - not a big deal, just seems like why highlight his scumbuddy who just posted about 2 of your other scumbuddies? Quotes this vote total (ongoing) and says the 4 voters, minus Vic, are giving him major pause, especially with vote totals so low - this was near end of day: Quote Ben (3/10): JJ, Lamps, Vic, im317, Mittens, Angi Sock (2/10): Ben, Mittens Again, pointing out Lamps, 317 and Ben - two of whom he would be scumbuddies with (probably didn't know about Lamps yet) if he is GF. D6: Talks about not trusting the people on the Ben or Sock lynch (see above) when agreeing Ben should have probably been the lynch. As soon as 317 posted that thing earlier today about me I realized it was him That's why I called for him to die, I think he's probably mafia inventor. I trust Zersch and now Mittens and can't buy that all three roles are Town, especially with one of his inventions being rigged About the pocket watch, I either used it around the time I got it and saw no effect or I've been holding onto it for a rainy day, I'll say which if we think it's necessary. That points to TIB or Zersch if they ended up doing something like that, TIB setting up his claim with Jamie vouching for him or Zersch outing Maddie who was gonna be real busy anyway That's the only thing that points to Zersch imo. Besides his pretty sudden behavior change. I was worried that there could be a cult or the mafia had a one time recruitment solely based on Zersch's change But in all likelihood 317 is mafia inventor and I can buy Town JOAT with mittens' role. I think this is probably as straightforward as David/317. Hopefully In response to Rose as to whether he still has pocket watch: Quote Driving It's in my back pocket. Interactions with/about 317: D1: Nothing, but does say Curtis is a close second after he lynches Vic D2: Nada D3: Nothing about 317, some banter with Curtis D4: Nothing D5: Nothing about 317. He did mention how mad he was at himself for getting off Jamie lynch previous day (maybe he protests too much?? ); no mention of 317 but he does lynch Angi right away, no explanation as to why. (I'm kind of reading this as he was afraid of being lynched and pretty paranoid about unlynching Jamie, so he voted Angi for distancing just in case. She did have 2 ninja kills but we don't know if/when she used those. He was also very ready to claim right away, probably because he had those breadcrumbs ready. ) D6: Nothing D7: Not one word about 317's claim or about 317 being called out as possible mafia inventor. He did get on Timmah's lynch, which was ballsy if he's GF, but he did try to lynch David first. one of last posts did mention 317: Quote I'd like as my last post to say again I'd rather be lynching David or im D8: Not one thing about 317. Did lynch Angi in first post - but this was the obvious lynch. D9: When Rose asked TIB: TIB, why Curtis and not im317?? So, im317 or TIB didn't give a lot to search through.

im317 didn't say anything until D5 when he put TIB on his reads list as people he didn't feel good about, and left Curtis off the list. I asked him why he left Curtis off and he said he wasn't sure about Curtis but had him as down going into D4 but that something happened/didn't happen which has him wondering. Then later he said he figured it out and feels good about Curtis again. Then puts him back on his "would lynch" list. TIB was #2, Curtis was #5. So, kind of inconclusive there.

The biggest thing with 317 is how he went after Curtis D7 after all the claims and said Curtis has to be scum (after Mittens claim) because he didn't use or talk about the pocket watch.


TIB didn't really say much until D5 when he talks about being mad at himself for unlynching Jamie. It could be looked at as a bit much as no one was ever really on him about it. He said he wanted to claim that day but no one said they wanted him to and he dropped it. I think it's possible he felt comfortable because of the bread-crumbing he'd been doing and because Jamie had listed his claimed "hated townie" role. Anyway, nothing happened.

TIB didn't mention anything about 317 until D7 and not anything about his claim and not believing it. He only mentioned him at the end of the day when he said if he dies he would rather have lynched David or 317. He looks good for getting on the Timmah lynch but, maybe he felt he had no choice and, who knows?

On D9 he suspects Curtis over 317 but lynches David.

On D10 he talks about 317 but lynches Curtis.


Curtis has a lot more to look through. I'm going to recap but, the main thing I notice is he does go really hard after 317 after D7 mass claims. He was really pushing for 317 to be killed while Rose was pushing Lamps.

I agree with Zersch that it would be a "Curtis thing to do" to set up the pocket watch incident, pretend to be silenced, etc. I just keep looking back at how hard he was pushing for Primate to kill 317 on D7.

My mind keeps wanting to go into rule breaking territory here with the hated town slash possible godfather claim.

Also I was looking back during yesterday, why would the mafia scan TIB? They scanned one of JJ or Spin and Jamie claimed it to have the masons help back him, but TIB is a strange choice for mafia scanner to pick + there's no real reason to call out to a hated townie for backup like there would be with the Masons. It'd have been smarter for Mafia to not reveal that there was a hated townie. It's a very clear set up between TIB/Jamie to me

Good point. TIB would probably not be a big priority since he was barely adding anything and probably lynchable.

Ohhh now I'm curious. I was SO happy to see the ghost clown flip as a role, and as a mafia role lol. That was the one of the scariest Scooby Doo villains for me when I was little.

I think Curtis is taking his new freedom of speech a bit for granted already.

Looking at interactions is a good idea. Scum buddies tend to just ignore each other a lot, so TIB not commenting on 317's claim at all is not surprising

Oh because you're "Hated Townie" - I get what you're saying. Well, it's either you or Curtis. Do you disagree with that?

If I were town TIB my first post would have been a lynch vote for Curtis today.

No if you were town Tib your first post would be to warn everyone not to lynch you quickly since you voting Curtis quickly would just make you look guiltier
