Episode 3

I went to help Harvey instead of Renee. I don't really care about Renee. I feel like the moment I leave Harvey alone, he's going to get fucked up and become "you know who" so this decision was easy for me. I didn't punch Oswald but I made him pick up my medallion. I knew hitting him wouldn't go well but I didn't want to be a complete push over. I told Lucius to stay at Wayne Enterprises. Lucius can always leave and come work for me but he can't always be a part of Wayne Enterprises. It'll be nice to have someone I can 100% trust in the company, just in case I need to know what is happening. Finance Harvey? Dude, I got you, talk shit about me if you have to. Save Harvey's life twice? Dude, consider it done. I won't let anyone touch you. You're the new face of Gotham! Sleep with Harvey's girlfriend? ....I slept with Selina. I guess that Selina getting shot had no consequence what so ever. I was still able to sleep with her VERY easily. I wore Harvey down instead of punching him. Considering I just had sex with his girl, I didn't want to hurt the guy unless I had to. My press conference did not last long at all. It was not as dramatic as I was hoping. Security pulled me down super fast lol. Am I surprised about the Vicki twist? Yea but kind of for the wrong reasons. Why would she give me the location of the train? Did she want me to figure out their plan and prevent it? That seems counter productive! Not gonna lie I regret not letting Harvey get burned. It seems like he's going crazy regardless of what I'd do...so I might as well give him the face to compliment it. I'm not sure if I like the coin randomly coming into play after the incident. I love that in the Dark Knight they introduce the coin as part of Harvey's personality. It fuses with the events of the accident to become his villain persona. The coin in this game seems like an afterthought that was thrown in for no reason.

I'm three episodes in and it's a lot of fun but definitely not my favorite TT. Idk if it's just my computer but the graphics have been a bit choppy.

Batman is the first TT game on their new engine so that could be why

Yea that has to be it. Some of the buttons wouldn't load in during the combat sequences. It made fighting very...difficult.

I played the first game way too long ago to remember specifics but I DID enjoy it overall. Especially Oswald and Harvey's characters but I'm a bit biased in that I'm a big Two Face fan and the leaner, conniving take on Oswald was something I found to be a fun juxtaposition to the short, fat and corny Penguin that I'm used to from Batman TAS.

I've bought the first episode of the second game but haven't played yet. Will probably play this weekend and post my thoughts about it.

I've only played Batman and the Game of Thrones one by Tell Tale and between the 2 I'd probably give the edge to GOT in terms of how engrossed i became in the game /story but both were definitely solid games for me.

The first episode of Season 2 was really good. Gameplay is definitely iffy at best but the story is really bringing me in.

Second Episode was good. Your choices seemed to carry a little more weight this time or atleast they created that illusion. Still not very good at the whole walking around and interacting with your surroundings, there was really only one short case of this in the entire episode. Story wasn't as good as the first and the episode seemed a lot shorter but still good fun.

Season 2 - Episode 2

Another great episode. Introduced to three more villains. Mr Freeze, Harley Quinn and Bane. Bane was kind of lame to be honest, he was more like Macho Libre than the DKR Bane I grew to love. Harley and Joker kind of have a role reversal which is kind of cool. She is the one calling the shots and he's the little puppy dog. Not much going on with Mr. Freeze but an interesting addition to the cast. Gotham is really in the shitter. Three attacks coordinated all at once. That mechanic dude really saved my bacon, not sure why Bane didn't have one of his guys just take me out but I guess that works out. So Bruce comes to meet John Doe and boy was it interesting. I offered to buy crazy Willy a drink to calm him down but when he wanted listen I beat him up. I guess that works. Harley comes to town and bosses poor John around. I drink from the slurpie but its kind of awkward and John gets kind of pissy. If this turns into a season 1 situation with Harvey and Selena then that will be kind of lame. Also, I didn't pinky swear John. Honestly I didn't want to break it myself. He seemed pretty bummed about it but again I want to be the best friend I can to this guy because unlike the rest of the baddies he just seems to be over his head. Break into the office. Leave the security guard be. I think Harley would have killed him if not. Told Harley to back off on Regina, figure its best to stand my guard. Not sure why John and Harley know from Oswald about the secret laboratory but not about me being Batman? I feel like he knew but even if he didn't there should atleast have been questions about all the technology. I was unable to convince Tiffany to give John the key and then told her I was teamed up with Harley. Didn't really see an alternative. I am sure she'll turn around as Alfred suggested. I continued working with Waller. Maybe it will be a mistake but it makes a lot more sense based on her resources. I tried to include Jim in the meeting but it didn't work. I didn't tell him that she knew my identity on the roof. I was surprised this was uncommon because I feel like it just opens the door for him to be curious. I also called Waller instead of him at the beginning just because she had the better agents. Back at the secret base I was able to get Mr. Freeze on my side by offering him a deal to help his wife. I gave Bane a beer but lost his trust when I didn't kill the guy in the battle. I wonder what happens if the vote ties, wasn't a major decision point at the end so I imagine it would have been broken somehow. The convey raid was interesting. I was hoping we'd make it without a casualty. The button presses are hard to ignore sometimes because sometimes you die if you don't press it and sometimes you just don't fight. I tried to punch as many people as I could knowing this would save them. I blocked Mr. Freeze at the van but he still got that agent RIP. I am not sure if Agent Blake died or not in the firefight. I followed Bane because I didn't want Harley to get mad if I blocked her. Unfortunately that means we lost her. John is not going to be happy. Would have much rather lost Bane because he sucks. Catwomen at the end oh snap. Right when I heard "The Thief" I knew it. I hope they don't try to force the romance on again. I tried to shut that down last season. Overall great story. Gameplay is kind of boring, maybe it'll pick up but I am enjoying the story regardless.

Season 2 - Episode 3

Idk why but I like Catwomen this season. She was a lot more likable this episode than at all this season. I still think its kind of dumb that she still likes me despite all the crap I've pulled on her. Harley wasn't gone that long. I was kind of surprised she still trusted me after things went south on literally the first mission I was apart of. Went back to Riddler's hideout. I punched out the cop because I was worried that John was going to kill him. I guess the walking around was cool. I found the shoes pretty quickly which made it easy. Though I put the shoes in between the coils at first which killed me. Oops. Catwomen turned on me and I beat her up instead of kissing her. John wasn't happy about me telling her about the laptop. We had coffee and I told him to be himself. Again I am trying to make him good but I know it is ultimately going to fail. I didn't tip Catwomen off to Gordon's ambush. I was more worried about patching things up with Gordon then Catwomen and she had just beat me up so I didn't feel that bad. John's love of Batman is kind of funny. I let him keep the picture so he can complete the wall in his hideout. Catwomen shows up injured and I feel kind of bad. Alfred loves her which I didn't remember that much from last season. I end up being a dick again and stealing the decrypter from her and injure her even more. Alfred makes me feel bad about it but I play it off. Got the info for the Spa and call Waller. Tiffany. That jerk. Waller gets me out of being arrested but I still vouch for Gordon which makes him feel bad. I tell Tiff about being batman which I kind of regret. I feel like I want her to like me but I probably put her at risk. I told her I didn't want her to help me. The spa part was kind of cool. I wonder if you could go through with finding the security panel and more people would die. Ran into Bane and Harley and John interrogated me. I took the blame. I felt bad for being a dick to Catwomen and especially since she didn't do it I would have felt bad. One plot hole is what does John think Bruce knows about the case. Bruce knows John stole the case but not what happened with it (well he does but John doesn't know that). I am not sure what the story is behind that. Kind of a bigish plot hole.
