I found this in the Zombie Survival Guide.

| After death, Zombie's eyes stop producing tears and zombies don't ever seem to blink. As a result, after a short time their corneas would be scratched up and not very functional. Much like other body functions, zombies break down but are still somewhat capable. They'd be able to see vague shapes and colors, but not make out specifics. As a result, they'd rely on other senses like smell and hearing to find humans to eat. |
