Well in Canada since everything is frozen all year round ice hockey is the only option.

Iceland has a very very good shot at competing for a medal now. Finishing top of our group will pit us against either Serbia or Hungary. Which are really good teams as well but dont compare to the other nations in that group (Croatia, Denmark and Spain) if we would have finished beneath France.
This is really a huge thing :P Iceland has been competing at the Olympics since like 1912 or something and we have only won 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals! Winning another medal in handball, a team sport, with such a small population is just so awesome! | | |
