Holy crap this episode is crazy

DAMN! This was definitely on par with the premiere. They racked up the body count big time. That plus the additional run time made me question if it was the finale or not. I forgot if it was 6, 8, or 10 episodes

IS MOLLY DEAD? That would be crazy. She's a good character but I kinda hope she is dead tbh, it would just be totally unexpected and unconventional. Plus it makes Gus even more tragic (a little Prez slip, huh Cart!)

The set up and death of the personal trainer was so good. I felt bad for him in the end. He was probably the funniest character on the show tbh. His death scene and all the snow storm parts were so well shot

So many comedic secondary characters died. The trainer, Numbers and Wrench (if that's who Molly shot?), and Stavros' son. Plus Stavros' bodyguard and possibly Molly. ALL DEAD! Pretty crazy

Then Lester's whole escape and framing his brother. I thought he was gonna have a change of heart when he saw the picture of the son...nope (: . Gun in the backpack! He's so fucked up. Then at the end I thought he looked guilty for it all, then we got the smile. What a great episode

I agree about Molly. I feel like Molly is so clearly supposed to be like the main protagonist of the film that it's a big shock to kill her off and move the focus entirely to Gus.

Exactly what I was thinking. Definitely a great way of subverting expectations even though I'll miss her (if she is dead)

I assume the fish were swept up from the storm and dumped once the storm stopped. That happens with frogs and fish sometimes. Though it's weird that there would be an unfrozen lake

That opening was so good. Lester is a NUT! I feel bad for his brother

Malvo's shootout was so good

God, that opening was amazing. Lester's becoming a full-fledged villain rather than just a bumbling sadsack. I love it

I loved the way they shot Lorne's shootout

Also even though Molly dying would've been interesting, I'm really glad she's not dead. C'MON MOLLY SET EM STRAIGHT! I don't think the police chief's ever gonna be swayed though after being MOVED TO TEARS by Lester's story (:

Watched the first episode. Very good. On par with a lot of the good television I've been watching lately. I will definitely continue watching. Will probably catch up before the finale.

The fish poster and the here be dragons parts being some of the stand out moments.

Really loved the intro with the new washing machine and Lester getting rid of all the old stuff. Great music too, the first song and then ODE TO JOY

Side note, I always like the shots where they decide to place the "FX Presents" and Fargo"

The part with Molly/Bill was probably Molly's best acted scene. And Bill's final line about the cake was hilarious.

"It has an assault rifle on the top made of frosting..which...I don't even know how they do that!"

That time jump. Didn't expect anything like that. This comes at a really interesting point. Very TRUE DETECTIVE like! I love it Really liked Gus poorly attempting to ask Molly out. I rarely care about TV couples but I'm glad to see they ended up together Very curious to see where the story goes from here

Man. This show is so good. I loved that ending

Really glad they had that scene with Bill at the end too. It's nice to see him as something other than just a dummy

I like that Key and Peele's characters are seemingly becoming a thing rather than just a cameo. I buy them in those roles more than I thought I would initially. Gonna be cool to see how they come into play

I thought he was going to get killed or hurt with the music playing, thinking they were going to show Lorne stalking him or something, haha. Lester's become such a bad ass from the first episode, haha. And it looks like Molly and Gus are having some problems, at least from the looks of Molly.

I'm glad Key and Peele are going to have bigger roles though, it would have been kind of silly for them to make a small cameo.

oh man that ending. I loved seeing Lester visibly turn back into a wimp. I was hoping it'd end with Malvo turning to LOOK at him but whatever. I wonder if he's still partnered with the deaf guy a year later!

And obviously they're drawing parallels now to the movie with Molly, but I'm sure they're gonna subvert expectations somehow. Still not sure I like the decision to make it such a close parallel tho

Funniest part of the episode for me was Bill's reaction to "he was hugging me...and crying"
