Just started out, pretty great opening, I'm very early in on episode one, just got the house and checking out the phone messages.

Curtis, do you "look" at every object you come across? I did for a while, but this last chapter I did, I skipped a lot of them.

Yeah I try to. Usually I do this obsessively in each game that I play. I always search in everything that I possibly can and stuff. It bothers me to skip things. Some events become more meaningful later on if you looked at certain things leading up to it

That's true, but so many of them are just "Oh...." and "Well I can't go that way!"

I always search everything and look into things way too much.

Lee going HMMM at the random barrel in the beginning of Chapter 3 really intrigued me for some reason and made me think I needed to do something with it.

You know what'd be awesome for this game? CO-OP!

Imagine you and your partner playing as two different survivors, and now everything your partner says or does effects you and the other characters? And you have to deal with characters differently depending on their relationship with your partner

Just beat the game... here are my thoughts:

Pretty good ending but I would've liked a different ending. I'm annoyed that the left-behind girl and the Crawford girl didnt show up again. What the hell! I thought for sure the Crawford hottie would at least show up... I was also a bit dissapointed with the guy on the other end of the walkie.... the station wagon owner... really???? I expected a much bigger payoff haha, that was just so random... Anyway. me and 71% cut off Lee's arm me and 74% lost our temper (??) me and 59% kept our weapons (??) Me and 42% killed Clementine's captor... why was I in the minority for this one? lol fuck that guy! Me and 36% of players told Clementine to leave... I figured she should save the bullet and not shoot me... too much for her... way too much... Kenny died saving Christa (when she went to retrieve the walkie). He also got his ass beat up and boat stolen from VERNON and his merry band of cancer patients, LOL!!!! Ben was already dead for me... I ASSUME, Curtis... that he's going to die when hopping across the building??? For me, when Kenny jumped last, the balcony looked about ready to break... I BET that's where Ben dies for you??? Lemme know... I told Clem to go meet up with Omid and Christa back at the train. That was our plan before I died.... I really like the character info at the end (wish it said names though), but it was cool to see all the decisions I made throughout the game. Good credit music too, fits with such this sad ending. Watching the credits now... hoping there's an after-scene showing Clem meet up with Omid/Christa, but I highly doubt it....... :( OH YAY THERE IS!!!!! Hmmmm... goddamn... that ending.... i'm going to buy the DLC right away :)

It was pretty good. Worth buying?? Ehhh... I did enjoy some of the storylines but I don't know if they'll even matter for Season 2 to be honest??? Cool part was hearing the fate of VERNON, and also seeing Carley dead on the side of the road, from where Lily shot her that long time ago. Other than that, I had fun, but there were zero connections to Lee's adventures that I caught. If my actions from the DLC matter for Season 2, awesome, but I don't think they will. I'm trying to beat all the acheivements right now, and one of them is this god awful rock/paper/scissors challenge. It's luck based and I already lost 2 in a row, and it's mad annoying because you have to replay this LONG part of dialogue over and over again until you get to play the game. I've heard people can lose up to 20 in a row, and then some get lucky and hit it on their first try.... of course it's going to take me forever -_-

FINISHED! I've stretched this game out for like a year. I don't mind that though. I felt super attached to the characters by the end

First of all: DAMN! LEE NOOOOOOO! What a sad ending. Why the hell can't the show make me as attached to anyone as I was to Lee/Clem? The show should hire these writers asap. They built everything to a really great conclusion My choices off the top of my head. The first two were from back in January from when I started episode 5: - Chopped off Lee's arm - Argued calmly with Kenny - It said I kept something when I surrendered my weapons, but I definitely didn't. It said I could lie and keep something but I didn't choose either lie option. I'm not sure what made this one a major decision - I had Clementine kill the stranger. Seems the alternative is doing it yourself but I never noticed a chance - I had Clem put me down :((( . So glad I did. I watched the alternate version when Clem just leaves the room. Didn't have as big of an impact on me. Maybe it's because I saw it after I saw my own. But Clem having to pull the trigger was HEAVY SHIT! Seemed like the best conclusion to me I loved the teaser at the end. I assume it's supposed to be Omid and Christa but I hope it's Kenny :((((((. MY BOY! Fucking BEN man! Always screwing up. I'd love to see Kenny show up in season two. Oh and the ending was cool with all the different character cards. But I don't get why they didn't show a final one of your relationship with Clem. Makes no sense to me. That's what the entire game is about for me and you make plenty of Clem related choices throughout. O well Might get the DLC soon, then season two. KC seems to love the second season so I'm excited

Season 2 has been great so far, but definitely play the DLC first.

The characters in the DLC will have a major role in S2 from what I can tell, so yeah I would definitely play that first. It's pretty short, you can easily finish it in one day.

That was pretty fun! It was interesting seeing all the stats at the end. I think I was only in the majority in one of them (: All of them were surprisingly close to 50/50 though Usually I hate real-time events but I think they kinda work here. Gives it a sense of URGENCY. I felt pretty attached to Clementine from the beginning so I actually felt some PANIC when I had to quickly press the buttons to save her I tried to let Duck die because he's an annoying shit, but then he survived and Shawn died anyway. Kenny ended up saving me in the end anyway though, probably because I sided with him every time thereafter because Lilly's dad is a gigantic piece of shit. I actually felt ANGRY at the end when he was insinuating that I was a danger to Clementine! And it's all his fault we got ousted from the drug store in the first place. God, I can't wait to let that fat piece of shit die first chance I get I lol'd at and definitely picked the option to say "SHUT UP DOUG!" after Doug's touching moment when he tells you what a great guy you are. Then I let him die. And I also let that bitten woman shoot herself without even a second thought. I mean I felt BAD but what am I supposed to do! There was no way that'd end well. I can't believe Glenn tried to make me feel bad about it later, saying it was "giving up". Fuck you Glenn! Also for some reason I was briefly reminded of the Cliff/Woo duo but with Lee/Glenn instead when I was killing zombies at the motel. Just the way Glenn would follow you around and go "WOW MAN THAT WAS COOOOOL!!!!" every time you killed one

Glad you played. It only gets better from here as you grow more attached to your relationships. Are you gonna get the next ones?
