I have two. 1. I sliced my thumb while washing a glass that shattered while my hand was in it, scrubbing with a sponge when I was 16. 2. I slipped on a blanket on the steps of my friend's house Halloween 2013 and cut my knee open on something metal that was attached to the candy basket.
