I was torn between Mike and Mary Anne. Would have been happy with either. Thought Mary Anne killed FTC and Mike did not, moreso on Mary Anne. I think the jury was wanting to vote Mary Anne but she needed to show something for them to feel like she earned it. Was surprised Mike didn’t get a couple more votes.

It was kind of funny then walking into the final 5 challenge in awe at the challenge when it really pales in comparison to some of the challenges they’ve had in the past. Like it was basically a ropes course I can do with my family in Colorado.

Overall pretty solid modern season of Survivor. I would never stop watching but I kind of agree with Boc I’m getting a little tired of the inspirational moments. A couple a season are good but when everyone has them it feels watered down.

Also Do or Die is absolute trash and I can’t believe after the tribal we almost missed out on Jeff still feels that way.

I wanted Jonathan or Mike to win but not too sad with Mary anne winning. I will watch next season but on 1.5 speed tbh

And a Canadian wins again! Very happy for maryanne,out of the 3, she deserves it. I guess thanks to Romeos blunder, it could’ve been a Romeo/Mike/Jonathan final 3- yuck!
Seems like he’s learned from Xander, to take the little Canadian girl who people would think is the goat and underestimate their game when in the end, the girl slays them and they were the goat all along

I thought Maryanne was a really satisfying winner and this season was the best I’ve seen in a long time.

This cast was really diverse too

I’m eager to read about behind the scenes drama now that they can all talk. Chanelle has been hinting at ugly ponderosa’s for awhile. Lindsey already gave an interview calling Jonathan a misogynist. Their battle rages on!

Last season there was apparently a ton of drama so they didn’t do it. I assumed it was player drama but then I read something about the ponderosa producer leaving partway through? Idk details seem scarce

Either way they carried it over for this

I was so upset Maryanne didn’t idol Jonathan. But that was the smart play and I ended up rooting for her to win most.

Also Romeo was terrible

I agree. I was excited to see to finally watch it (just finished it), but once Lindsay and Jonathan left, I didn't care as much.
